About us

Welcome!

Hello!  I'm Samantha August, Sam, I am!

I appreciate your interest in reading even more about us.  We are super excited about our new space. I wanted a place where my special needs niece and local families could come to meet, relax, craft, play, and learn. The world is full of beautiful people and I love having a space where folks, young and old, can get together and share their interests, passions, humor, and good vibes.

We are all in this together!  The patterns of well-being found in plants and the Platonic Solids are the foundation of our world and we amplify them at the Hub. By default, they promote balance, harmony, and well-being.

Plato called the Platonic solids the five shapes of creation. Everything in the world is a combination of these regular polygons which were the original LEGOS of the world. (Click here to read more about them on our “Platonic Patron Possibilities” form.)

Plants help balance our planet with living streams of energy. They not only provide air for us to breathe, but also texture, color, and shape. They are terrific examples of how nature thrives and grows through set patterns and fractals as they are connected to what they need and want.

Even the roots of plants work together over many miles through a mycorrhizal fungi network that allows them to nourish, protect, and communicate with one another.  Our Advertising Adventures partners and our patrons all make up our nourishing network!

The Hub economy is patterned after one of nature's best.  Abraham Hicks said, "There is no waste in a resourceful universe."  Our local businesses and national sponsors are part of our nourishing network.  Their "waste" helps fund our space through our Advertising Adventures as we upcycle their materials and dated hardcopies into Iconic Platonics, custom gizmos and cool company swag. (See our Advertising Adventures pics for an example of what we can do with old flyers and advertising.)

The Hedron Hub is where you’ll find art, activities, products, workshops and educational resources that relate to Math, Science, and Wellness.

Imagine a creative space where businesses and community members of all abilities and ages can gather for educational, social, and recreational opportunities.

If you would like a cool space for your next meeting or play-date. you are invited to play, create and be inspired - the sky’s the limit.

Best of all, you leave the mess to us. We’ll set up and clean up the art projects, we’ll rearrange the furniture for your party or workshop and help you advertise your event on our website and social media. All you need to do is show up.

We invite you to stop by and imagine how you might use the space.

We look forward to seeing you!
